1- 304 Stain Steel Features and Advantages

The stainless steel composition used in the fabrication of ATZ products is the alloy of nickel chrome steel AISI 304 which is non-magnetic. The main reason for the use of this alloy is due to its over-all resistance and durability in normal everyday use.

The pieces finishing are made very strictly, existing two different finishing for stainless steel, satin and polished.

The two main reasons that justify the use of stainless steel in architecture are:
1. Corrosion resistance - stainless steel maintains its appearance unchangeable throughout time with regular cleaning.
2. Mechanic resistance.

The stainless steel composition – nickel chrome steel alloy – gives its resistance to corrosion, because chrome reacts quickly with oxygen, creating a passive surface layer which isolates the metal, making it impermeable.

Thus, this is the layer that assures the stainless steel durability, its good maintenance is essential.

2 - Cleaning and Cautions

To maintain stainless steel with an attractive appearance throughout time, it only needs to be wiped with a clean, damp cloth.
